GED changes coming to Iowa with 2014 test switch
Thousands of Iowans with partial GED work face a 2014 shift as GED Testing Service moves from the 2002 series to the 2014 version by year end. The new computer based exam requires finishing all five subjects or starting over, with 11,481 test takers from 2002 to date still incomplete. Cedar Rapids resident Cindee Taylor plans to finish soon, motivated by the deadline and new format.
