Sentencing Delay in Death of Ohio Woman in Iowa City Case
The Johnson County District Court will postpone Mark Eldridge’s sentencing to March 22 as his attorney questions pretrial sentencing. Eldridge, a 24 year old from Springfield Ohio, is charged as an accessory in the fatal Sept 19 shooting of Jaylynn Carol Leslie. Timothy Grube, 23, faces involuntary manslaughter charges and starts a jury trial Monday. Enlow, 15, also faces accessory charges and has a pending juvenile hearing March 19. The victim’s body was found Sept 21 along Interstate 80.
