Semi kicked out of Missouri before fire on I 380

A semi hauling hazardous rags contaminated with toluene and xylene was forced out of Missouri after part of its load fell on a highway. The trucker returned to a Wisconsin facility after an incinerator in Missouri refused acceptance. Fire erupted on Interstate 380 near Urbandale, closing lanes for hours.
