Police say Kenneth M. Huffaker, 20, was beaten by a gang of nine youths armed with knives rocks and bricks after four blocked his car Monday night while his wife Mrs Huffaker watched. Teenagers Held At Independence For Gas Thefts
Independence police, sheriff's deputies and highway patrol captured three teens after a shoot at a farm trap tied to gas thefts and farm prowls southwest of Independence.
