Nearly Naked Mile draws hundreds in downtown Iowa City
Hundreds ran in a costumed event at the Nearly Naked Mile in downtown Iowa City. Skyler West wore a giraffe outfit for the annual contest while Jake Lenter, a human physiology major from Ham Lake Minnesota, moved bags from the day’s largest clothing donation. About 200 items were donated by the Slach family, with participants required to donate at least one clothing item to join.
