Northwest revives cheaper 30 day advance fares

Bandag proposes new nonvoting stock class dividend
Bandag Inc. plans to ask shareholders to approve a new class of non voting stock to be issued as a dividend and traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The stock dividend would accompany the regular quarterly 30 cent per share dividend.
