Public hearings set on topsoil rule change in Iowa

Iowa Environmental Protection Commission will hold hearings in Cedar Rapids Davenport and Des Moines on a proposed rule change that replaces a four inch topsoil restoration standard with an infeasible or impractical test. Written comments to Joe Griffin at the Iowa DNR accepted through April 1.

Iowa City Eyes $1 Million More for Hilton Garden Inn Plan
