Wage freeze continues as AFSCME contract kept with no premium
Arbitrator Marvin Hill Jr preserves most contract terms for AFSCME covering about 20 000 workers. The deal runs July 1 2013 to June 30 2015 and keeps most members without monthly health insurance premiums while a 4.5 percent annual step increase applies to those not at top pay grades.
