In a snowbound Hollow Tree School a Bad Chap is heard in the chimney as Miss Mouse and Uncle Wiggily rally pupils. They block the fireplace with a screen while Bob Cat sneaks out, chased by chalk and erasers after Miss Mouse calls for the Police Dog.
