Cedar Rapids man found guilty of double murder and conspiracy
Kendu Petties, 32, was convicted in Linn County of two counts of first degree murder and one count of conspiracy to commit a forcible felony for firing 11 shots into a Cedar Rapids home on April 2, 2014, killing Sierrah Simmons and Quintrell Perkins though they were not the intended targets.
