Washington Iowa based Army Reserves from the 308th Quartermaster Company returned after a year in Iraq. Sgt Al Smith of Oxford and family members expressed relief and pride as hundreds gathered for a 3:30 p.m. parade and a 5 p.m. welcome home ceremony at Washington High School.
