A United Nations report says milk and meat from cows treated with BST are safe and can raise milk production by 10 to 15 percent. BST is produced in cows but also manufactured by Monsanto. The EU banned hormone beef imports in 1989. In Canada Windsor University cuts American tuition to about 3 500 dollars a year, reversing the trend.
