Iowa considers full renovation for athletic facilities
Athletics Director Bob Bowlsby offered regents options for a slower approach but warned piecemeal work cannot be financed. Full renovation would be funded by revenue from 40 luxury boxes an expanded concessions area and over 1000 club seats plus 10 to 15 million more from donors. Officials say only the full plan would generate enough revenue to pay bonds while Jane Meyer affirmed commitment to the full renovation.
