Drunk driving cases closed in Linn County court
District Court Justice handed down judgments in 22 drunk driving cases from the First Avenue division. Several defendants received suspended sentences and probation, with some fences to attend drunk drivers school at Kirkwood Community College. A few cases were dismissed or reduced to other charges.
