Science Fair Officials To Meet Monday
A final pre fair meeting of all chairmen and board of directors of the Eastern Iowa Science fair will be Monday at 7 30 p m in Regis high school. The fair will be held March 21 and 22 in the Moray Eby fieldhouse at Coe college. Over 140 entries have been received for the four divisions physical and biological sciences for both junior and senior high students. The top two senior high exhibitors will receive an expense paid trip to compete in the International Science fair in Baltimore May 10 to 15. The exhibit area at the fair will be open to the public without charge both days. The fair is sponsored by a non profit volunteer organization with the board of directors including educators engineers physicians housewives scientists and professors.

Coe Band Back From Tour Plans Sunday Concert
Coe college concert band of 80 returns from a three day tour of Iowa and Illinois to perform Sunday at 8 30 p m in Sinclair auditorium. Programs feature Milhaud Ives Gershwin Christiansen trombone pieces and a solo by Jerry Owen. The stage band and director Jerry Owen join in part of the concert.
