Lois Bernadene Dougan daughter of Mrs Jennie Dougan Ames became the bride of Lt Richard Imboden son of Mr and Mrs F J Imboden Winterset at a candlelight ceremony February 27 in the navigation school chapel Hondo Texas The couple were honored at a wedding dinner in the Gunter hotel San Antonio Texas Mrs Imboden attended Dysart High School Coe College and Iowa State College affiliated with Delta Delta Delta sorority and Sigma Alpha Iota She attended Winterset High School Iowa State College and Sigma Chi He graduated February 26 from the Honda School of Navigation with his commission and wings The American Legion auxiliary will meet Tuesday at 8 pm in the Memorial building with Robert M Vesely guest speaker A dinner for new members is planned March 13.

Mary Ann Wilhelmi of Atkins will wed Marvin Kreutner of Shellsburg in St Stephen's church Atkins on March 16. The bride to be is Atkins high school graduate employed in Cedar Rapids. Kreutner is a Newhall high school graduate farming near Atkins where they plan to live.

Wyoming announces the marriage of Lt Mary E Koch Army Nurse Corps to Staff Sgt Charles L Patterson Army Air Corps. The double ring ceremony occurred Feb 26 at 8 at Biggs Army Air Field Texas with Lt Charlotte Miller and Lt Samuel Hughes in attendance. Patterson recently returned from overseas after 40 missions and is a Purple Heart recipient.
