Coralville Woman Opposes Malpractice Damage Cap Measure
A Coralville woman and other victims of alleged medical errors urged Iowa lawmakers to reject SB 3114 and HF 2202 which would cap damages at 250000 for pain and suffering. Iowa Medical Society members rallied at the Capitol while Gov. Vilsack criticized the GOP proposal as unnecessary.
