Judge sends Lewellyn to prison on stock charge
Federal Judge Constance Baker Motley orders six months in prison for Gary Lewellyn criminal contempt of a court asset freeze. Rural Delhi man in stable condition after rollover
William J. Oehler, 62, of rural Delhi, is in stable condition at John McDonald Hospital in Monticello after his pickup overturned on Highway 38. Delaware County Sheriff's Dept reports a top vehicle in a ditch call at 12:42 a.m. Wednesday. The truck was totaled and the accident remains under investigation.
