Lawsuit Challenges Property Split Over Hidden Assets in Stealth Photo Case

Mary Hanzlik seeks to set aside a property division tied to a $95,000 judgment against Terry Fouts after a Linn County jury awarded $150,000 for a surreptitious photo incident. Attorney Michael Irvine claims the agreement hides assets including a 1977 Ferrari and three cars to defraud Hanzlik, with limited garnishment possible against Fouts’ roughly $30,000 annual income. The case questions whether the division shields asset value from the judgment and whether it is valid.
