Nadermann in Norfolk had a house redesigned for wheel chair use with wide hallways lever doors and a 45 degree turn layout. Architect Al Varney donated services while builder Steve Sweeney completed a home suited for Ken Nadermann and future needs.
House features arched front windows and cantilevered bays with decorative fretwork in Plan K58 from Homestore Plans and Publications. It offers 1,994 square feet of living space with a wide open great room, angled kitchen island, breakfast area, master suite with walk in closets, and a 770 square foot bonus room.
