In Sofia a group of 15 Bulgarian Protestant churchmen on trial for treason heard Mitkomitrov, a Baptist pastor, accuse his superior Nikola Naumov of saying Stalin is a blood sucker from the pulpit. All defendants pleaded guilty and confessed, blaming four major defendants including Naumov for the alleged spying for the United States and Britain.
