The final list for the All Town Fair Fine Arts yields many blue ribbons across amateur and student divisions. Mrs Don Flickinger led baking with 13 blue ribbons, matching last year. Six ribbons went to Sherryl Hoeppner and Gordon Hafar, with four to Debbie Steinbrech and three to Joe Buresh.
