Peak Construction Group Inc and the City of Cedar Rapids plan to submit Notices of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources under NPDES General Permit No 2 for storm water discharges from construction activities. Projects include a gym addition at Lucas Elementary School in Iowa City and the Prairie Valley Feeder Main Relocation in Linn County. Public review hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday through Friday, at the DNR office in Des Moines.
