Time Check area to gain by Ellis Boulevard extension
City officials move ahead with three traffic roundabouts and an Ellis Boulevard extension to link Time Check with I 380 and downtown. The 3.3 acre MidAmerican site at Ellis and E Avenue NW is being razed after the city bought it for 1.8 million, with demolition by Schrader Excavating costing nearly 114 thousand. Project work begins 2022 on a two year, 8 million plan to realign E and F Avenues NW and improve complete streets for pedestrians and cyclists.
