High water dampens Coralville Lake activities

Flooding forced detours for Iowa City drivers and limited lake access at Coralville Lake. 9,000 to 10,000 cfs outflow raised water to 711.44 feet with 50 campsites flooded and about 15 boats backed up at the ramp.
