North Linn Community School District petitions Linn District Court to overturn an adjudicator's order requiring the district to offer a contract to teacher John Fay for the next school year. Two Injured In Marion Vehicle Crash At City Intersection
A truck and motorcycle collision at Boyson and Alburnett roads left two people injured. Zachery R. Miller 19 and Brian Wiest 19 were taken to Mercy Hospital with Wiest reported in good condition and Miller released after treatment. Driver William J. Rausch 45 also a Marion resident and both vehicles' occupants were from Marion. Police continue investigation.
