Immigration raids in Mount Pleasant leave two defendants missing
Two of five detainees in the May 9 ICE raid did not appear in U.S. District Court in Davenport. Judge Stephen Jackson postponed arraignments. prosecutors seek warrants but the judge set a status by July 9. The men, including Elmer Arizar Lopez and Reinaldo Garcia Munoz, remain in Hardin County Jail while others faced charges.
