Realistic Rat Race Setup at Copenhagen Zoo Exhibit
Brown rats on display in Copenhagen Zoo in a mock sewer exhibit designed to resemble their natural underground home. An iron curved tunnel, 22 feet long, with a breeding and feeding chamber, water floors, cement coating, and debris create a dramatic, claustrophobic scene viewed through skylights. Rats acclimated after two months, first eight days to adjust.
