Attorney charged with tax evasion in Clear Lake
Clear Lake attorney M. Wayne Oltrogge, 52, is charged with four counts of failure to file income tax returns for 1983 through 1986. The alleged gross incomes are 123816.31 in 1983, 111538.16 in 1984, 11134.73 in 1985 and 22495.62 in 1986. Maximum penalties include four years in prison and 325000 in fines if convicted on all counts. He would owe tax due plus interest and penalties and has agreed to a presentence investigation before court appearance.
