Kansas man named education unit chief
Ron Fielder, 37, will lead the Grant Wood Area Education Agency starting mid August. He presently runs the North Central Kansas Educational Service Center and Special Education Learning Cooperative at Concordia, with nine years in the two groups. The Grant Wood agency serves seven counties and 39 districts, and Fielder aims to maintain its prestige and apply participatory management. He will be paid 60000 dollars annually plus benefits and a 300 dollar monthly travel allowance, with a 3000 dollar raise after completing his doctorate.
