Two Manchester men win probation in animal neglect case
Two Delaware County men Bradley D. Gerike and Donald L. Schmitt each received two years of probation after pleading guilty to animal neglect with serious injury or death. Police rescued 69 animals including 3 cats 25 birds and 41 rabbits from their residence in December following a citizen report.
