Columbine memorial designs proposed
LAKEWOOD Colorado AP stained glass artist Barb Fowler in Dayton Ohio submits a 13-stepped memorial idea with 13 engraved names. Over 100 proposals flood Foothills Parks and Recreation District with designs ranging from bronze hands to a Greek temple style memorial. A committee will choose a site and manage funds from three districts totaling 25000 with 28 in kind offers. The goal is high involvement from students, families and victims. Clement Park is favored for the site though no decision is made.
