Medicinal marijuana issue stalls in Iowa politics
In Des Moines Iowa the future of medicinal cannabis hangs in the balance after a legislative leader and the state pharmacy board indicated they have done all they can. The board had unanimously recommended medical marijuana and a study committee to explore implementation. House Leader Kevin McCarthy said an old law may authorize approval removing the need for further study.
