Downtown Cedar Rapids will distribute one million reduced price fair tickets on Thursday as part of Downtown Fair Days. Tickets, free in downtown stores, grant cheaper gate admission and midway ride prices for Cedar Rapids day at the All Iowa Fair July 5. Events include stock cars at Hawkeye Downs, Sweet Adelines performance, and free daily shows by Mitchell Showboat Marionettes.
