Linn County sheriff deputies seized a partially repaired van and auto body parts from Ronald and Susan Tulbach after a pedestrian was killed in a Saturday morning hit and run. The van matched witness descriptions and is under investigation with forensic tests pending. deputies also found two marijuana plants at the residence.
Carroll Reasoner, 40, becomes the first woman and youngest president of the Iowa Bar Association. She earned the role through long service since 1976, insisting she “carried the water” for the association and community.
