Multiple Drownings and Crashes Claim Seven on Iowa Roads
Three Iowans died in traffic crashes this weekend, two in Wisconsin, and two drowned. Victims include 18 year old Dave Swanson of Ottumwa, 22 year old Sue Pennington of Indianola, 24 year old Randall Clark of Preston, and 25 year old Jeffrey Farrey plus 22 year old Roger Grimstad from Dubuque. A 15 year old Sioux City boy drowned near the airport while swimming for a frisbee, and a 27 year old Fort Dodge man died in the Sac City area. Police withheld the last name pending relatives.
