Joyce Ann Taylor 45, of 3701 Second St Lot 420 Coralville, charged 8:45 p.m. Thursday at Highway 6 and Keokuk St in Iowa City as second offense. Hildy Ann Webb 21, of 627 Iowa Ave Apt 3 Iowa City, charged 2:08 a.m. Friday at Burlington and Dubuque in Iowa City. Jennifer L. Tigges 22, of 3625 Johnston Way NE North Liberty, charged 1:29 a.m. Friday at Dubuque and Market in Iowa City.
Jacob W. Brisbin seventeen of 1554 Mount Vernon Road SE faces an assault charge for domestic incident at 7 p.m. June 14 after allegedly biting his wife Patr ice and placing a handgun in her mouth. David M. Boner thirty three of 350 Eleventh Street SW is charged with second degree theft for taking a car from 1019 Sioux Drive NW on June 7. Rodney D. Hines eighteen of Center Point is charged with second degree theft for possessing a riding mower stolen June 14 from Arnold's Outdoor Equipment in Center Point valued at over four thousand dollars.
Myrail L Harris 30 of 1003 Eighth St NW faces three counts for delivering crack cocaine to a confidential informant in Cedar Rapids on October 13 and 18 2004 and June 7 2005 Aleatha N Hughes 29 of 1003 Eighth St NW is charged with delivering crack cocaine to a confidential informant in Cedar Rapids on June 6 and 16 2005 and with a drug tax stamp violation on June 16 2005

Public Safety Commissioner David Zahn prefers lower pay and questions assuming part time council work. Finance Commissioner Lyle Hanson backs the commission’s recommendations while Mayor Pate is absent. A council salary and district map decisions loom as Cedar Rapids moves toward a part time council in January.
