Uncle Wiggily falls into a brook while gathering red roses for Nurse Jane. He scrambles out wet and muddy, then helps stage a surprise party with Mrs. Longears and friends. Nurse Jane misreads his entrance as a tramp, but the scene ends with a laugh and a party.
