Cedar Rapids man on lam 17 years arrested in Florida

Herbert Oberbreckling, 45, sought for 1973 Linn County sodomy and rape, was arrested in Orlando, Florida by FBI and local police while en route to a 10 year prison term. He used the alias Luke with his Florida girlfriend. He is held without bond in Seminole County Jail.
