Curtis Lacher 22 of 125 Fourth Ave SW released on recognizance after being accused of molesting a 4 year old girl. Marion police say Lacher used a key to enter a home on South Seventh Street where a 19 year old acquaintance was alone. Police were called when the woman’s father heard shouts and found them in her bedroom. A second man faces sex abuse charges in the same case.
