Two area kennel clubs sponsor weekend shows in Cedar Rapids and Iowa City. The Cedar Rapids Kennel Association holds its 30th annual Dog Show and Obedience Trial Saturday June 24 at Kirkwood Community College with 12 rings from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Best in Show around 5 p.m. The Hawkeye Kennel Club of Iowa City presents its 12th All Breed Show and Obedience Trial Sunday June 25 at the University of Iowa Fieldhouse.
