Judge considers life term for Charles City man in 2012 murder links
U.S. District Chief Judge Linda Reade ruled Randy Patrie 41 can be sentenced up to life in prison on felon in possession and sawed off shotgun charges citing evidence linking him to a 2012 homicide of Carl Gallmeyer 70 in Nashua during a burglary. The sentence hearing will resume with victim impact statements and further arguments.
