Plane thief family members sentenced in Cedar Rapids case
Raymond Kelsey, 45, and 10 accomplices plannned and facilitated stolen aircraft shipments for Colombian drug traffickers. Troy Henninger, Jeffrey Kriz, and Ronald Schmitz received 51, 39, and 60 months in federal prison respectively in Cedar Rapids. Kelsey got 25 years after cooperating with authorities.
