Leaders Camp Shapes Iowa Teens Of Color In 4 H Session
Thirty-two teens from Burlington Cedar Rapids Davenport Des Moines Fort Dodge and Waterloo attended a weeklong leadership workshop near Madrid sponsored by Iowa State University extension. The camp focused on problem solving decision making self awareness community change black culture and teamwork with mixed gender families and counselors guiding activities.
