Private financing planned for Cedar Hills pool project
Taft junior high hosts a meeting where Cedar Hills leaders decide to raise 40 000 to 50 000 dollars to fund a community pool, aim to incorporate as a non profit, and propose turning it over to the city once built. They target Cherry Hill park as the site and plan a 1967 construction if funds are secured.
