Titan Tire ordered to reinstate seven strikers at Des Moines plant
An administrative law judge ruled Titan Tire Corp must rehire seven striking workers at its Des Moines facility. The decision upholds reinstatement and back pay for seven employees previously fired amid a bitter May 1998 strike. The ruling allows protected picket line speech but condemns unlawful misconduct.
