USDA cuts corn and soy stocks as Brazil drought tightens supply
USDA lowers both old and new crop ending stock estimates for 2015/16 and 2016/17, citing Brazil drought and Argentina delays. Corn ending stocks fall to 1.7 and 2.0 billion bushels, soy stocks to 370 and 260 million bushels for old and new crops respectively.
