Trial reset requested in K2 case of former Waterloo store manager
Earl Ramos, ex manager of Five Snacks in Waterloo, seeks a postponement of his federal trial on two counts of distribution of a controlled substance analogue. If convicted, he could face up to 40 years. Evidence includes sales of synthetic drugs to informants in October 2012. A civil forfeiture of 14136 dollars is pending.
