Richard Glass of 1727 Fifth Ave SE drowned Saturday morning in the Mississippi River above Lock and Dam 15 while fishing with friends. Officials believe his body is caught in the dam rollers and will be raised after a dawn search, following two prior Cedar Rapids drownings that week.
