Suggestions Made For Clearing Up Beef Dispute Between Nations

A Carnegie commission plans to present the Argentine side on the beef trade dispute with the United States. Five members of the agricultural mission will promote cooperative scientific research on hoof and mouth disease and propose a U S medical expert visit to Argentina to identify disease free regions and quarantine options.
